INTEGRITY: Conducting the business activity in a manner that promotes the idea of integrity and agreeing on running the business in Accordance to the principles of EUOTI code of ethics.
REPUTATION: Protecting EUOTI customers and making sure they receive the best possible service from our members in order to maintain the EUOTI high standard of delivering the service and struggle hard to protect our outstanding reputation.
COMPLAINTS INVESTIGATION: Holding the responsibility of investigating and responding to any complaint from the members or clients within strict time limit as EUOTI is highly concerned in maintaining an excellent mutual relationship between the members and their customers for the best of both parties.
FORUM: Accepting any comment published in our forum by other members of the union as long as it is published in an adequate and respectable language which does not offend the readers either a member or a client.
JUDGMENT: Accepting EUOTI neutral judgment in case of any misunderstanding that might occur between the members and the clients because EUOTI should not be prejudiced against anyone of both parties as long as the main goal is the customer satisfaction based on providing the best standard of service delivered by the members.
STAMP OF TRUST: Working under EUOTI stamp of trust that gives the credibility and privilege to all members of the union and strive as much as possible to keep this spirit up.
MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL: Members are kindly requested to renew their membership on time otherwise the membership will be automatically deactivated.
UPGRADING THE MEMBERSHIP: EUOTI members have the option of upgrading their membership at any time after paying the upgrading fees.
PERMISSION: Members are totally permitted to join any other unions or associations as long as their objectives do not contradict with EUOTI objectives.
ENTITY: It's totally forbidden for any member to include any non member ads in his package meaning that the package should be entirely his.
INDIVIDUALS: Individual members have all the rights given to the companies and associations with certain limits according to their membership.
FRAUDS: The EUOTI is totally irresponsible for any inconvenience that may happen to anyone of the customers in case of dealing with non-registered members of our union.
DEACTIVATION: EUOTI has all the rights to deactivate the membership of anyone of the members if not complying with the previously mentioned items.
